Our team undertake the whole process from working with our preferred professional consultants on the design right through to handing over the keys to our in house property managers. Our core belief is that high quality, energy efficient units that are affordable allow tenants and housing providers the opportunity to secure long term places to call home.
Property Management:
Effective property management is not only key to ensuring returns on our investment assets but also enabling tenants a way in which to ensure they know they have a point of contact when they need it. Our in-house maintenance team are on hand to assist tenants with any maintenance issues backed up by our administration team who assist with rent accounts and general enquiries. All tenants have access to technology through an app to allow them to report issues, ask questions or request assistance. With over 300 units of accommodation across the South Crowding Bricks prides itself on maintaining high quality, affordable homes for our tenants and housing providers.
